Art and Design Journey
Born in Baramati’s village ecosystem, I grew up witnessing the raw, unfiltered realities of rural Bharat. Art chose me early by 4th grade, I knew drawing was my language. This “behind-the-screen” curiosity why things work, how design shapes lives fueled my journey from sketching village landscapes to crafting digital experiences at IIT Bombay.
My path wound through Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Pune, and Mumbai, where I pursued art, films and a Master’s in Electronic Media, driven by a need to spotlight societal issues. But it was IIT Bombay’s PGP in UX Design that bridged my two worlds: rural empathy and urban innovation (Go Local UI UX Project). This duality rooted in Bharat’s soil yet reaching for global impact shapes every pixel and prototype I create.
BFA Applied Arts (Pune University): Specialized in illustration, learning to translate emotions into visuals.
MA Electronic Media (Mumbai University): Shifted to storytelling through documentaries and films, spotlighting social issues.
PGP in UX Design (IIT Bombay): Merged art with problem-solving, focusing on grassroots challenges in Bharat.
Career Milestones
Deputy Manager, Jio Mart App (Reliance Retail): Leading UI/UX for India’s largest e-commerce platform.
Filmmaker & Artist: Assistant Director Barayan (2018), award-winning short films Everyday and documentaries like Boon of Immortality.
